Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using FahmAI (“we,” “our,” or “us”) at https://fahm-ai.com and our related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to be bound by them along with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and “you” refers to both you and that organization.
2. Description of Service
FahmAI is an AI-powered product delivery platform that enables software teams to manage the full lifecycle from feature request to shipped code. Core features include:
- AI-generated Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and task breakdowns
- AI-powered code review on GitHub pull requests
- Human approval workflows for shipping decisions
- Team collaboration with role-based access (owner, admin, member)
- GitHub App integration for pull request and branch linking
- Optional GitHub, Slack, and Linear account connections to grant the AI chat agent access
- Optional Linear integration for issue tracking sync
- Optional Slack integration to pull ongoing workspace discussions in as feature requests
- Subscription-based plans with metered AI usage budgets
3. Accounts and Registration
You must register for an account to use the Service. You may sign up using an email and password or via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@fahm-ai.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Plans
FahmAI offers subscription plans including a free tier and paid tiers. Paid plans are billed on a recurring or one-time basis and processed through our payment provider. Applicable taxes will be included where required by law.
AI Usage Budget: Each plan includes a monthly AI usage budget that is consumed by AI features such as PRD generation, task planning, and AI code review. The budget resets each billing cycle and unused budget does not roll over. One-time budget top-ups are available on eligible plans and expire 365 days after purchase.
Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as described in our Refund Policy. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge.
Plan Changes: Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately. Your new AI budget and plan limits apply from the date of upgrade.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to your registered email address.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Upload or process content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing.
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam).
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without our written consent.
- Use the Service to train competing AI models or services.
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
- Exceed plan limits or AI budgets through automated scripts or artificial means.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including feature descriptions, PRDs, tasks, and any other materials (“Your Content”). By submitting Your Content, you grant FahmAI a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to submit it and that it does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it for advertising or sell it to third parties. AI outputs generated in response to Your Content are provided for your use as part of the Service.
7. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses third-party large language model APIs (currently OpenAI) to generate PRDs, task lists, code reviews, and other outputs. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or contain errors.
- You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and exercising human judgment over all AI-generated content before acting on it.
- FahmAI is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs without appropriate human review.
- AI outputs do not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, engineering, or otherwise).
8. GitHub Integration
When you install the FahmAI GitHub App on your repositories, you authorize us to receive webhook events including pull request data and issue comments. You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to install the GitHub App on the repositories you connect. You may revoke this access at any time through your GitHub account settings. Revoking GitHub access will disable pull request linking and AI code review features.
Separately, you may optionally connect your GitHub, Slack, or Linear account to grant the AI chat agent access to those services. These connections are brokered through Composio and can be disconnected at any time from your organization's Integrations settings.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and all content created byFahmAI, is owned by FahmAI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.
You may not use the FahmAI name, logo, or branding without our prior written consent.
10. Privacy
Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services including Google, GitHub, Slack, Linear, Composio, OpenAI, and Dodo Payments. Your use of these integrations is subject to those providers' own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, availability, or content of third-party services.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY AI-GENERATED OUTPUT.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FAHMAI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FahmAI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
15. Termination
You may stop using the Service and permanently delete your account at any time from your profile page. Workspaces you solely own are deleted with all of their data (projects, features, chats, PRDs, tasks, pull request records, members, and billing history), and workspaces with other owners simply remove your membership. Workspace owners can also delete an individual workspace from the workspace settings page. Any active paid subscription must be cancelled before the workspace it belongs to can be deleted.
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, for non-payment, or if required by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 7, 9, 12, 13, 14, and 17 survive termination.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sirsi, Karnataka, India.
