Delete Your Account

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following is permanently removed:

• Your user profile (name, email, avatar)
• All of your login sessions and connected sign-in methods
• Every workspace where you are the only owner — including all of its projects, features, chats, PRDs, tasks, pull request records, members, and billing history
• The FahmAI GitHub App installation for those workspaces
• Your membership in workspaces that have other owners (those workspaces themselves continue to exist for their remaining owners)

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Log in to your account at fahm-ai.com
2. Go to Dashboard → Profile
3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section
4. Click Delete Account
5. Review the summary of what will be deleted, then type your account email to confirm
6. Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted immediately

Active Subscriptions

If a workspace you solely own has an active paid subscription, account deletion is blocked until you cancel that subscription — this prevents you from being billed for a workspace that no longer exists. Cancel from Dashboard → Billing → Manage Subscription, then delete your account. As described in our Refund Policy, no refund is issued for the remaining billing period after cancellation.

Can't Access Your Account?

If you are unable to log in, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@fahm-ai.com from the email address associated with your FahmAI account. We will verify the request and process it within 7 days.

Backups and Retention

Deleted data is removed from our production systems immediately. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
