Refund Policy

At FahmAI, we want you to make an informed purchase. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before subscribing to a paid plan or purchasing an AI budget top-up. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy.
1. Digital Subscriptions — No Refund Policy
All FahmAI plans are digital services and are non-refundable. Once a subscription has been purchased, we do not offer refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused AI budget, except where explicitly stated in this policy or required by applicable law.
To help you make an informed decision before paying:
- Our Free plan gives you access to the core workflow — feature requests, PRD generation, task planning, and AI code review — with no time limit, so you can evaluate the Service before purchasing.
- Every plan’s limits and features are listed on our pricing page.
2. AI Budget and Top-Ups
Paid plans include a monthly AI usage budget that is consumed as you use AI features (PRD generation, task planning, AI code review). Because AI usage incurs real processing costs at the moment of use:
- Consumed AI budget is not refundable under any circumstances.
- Unused monthly AI budget does not roll over and is not redeemable for cash.
- AI budget top-ups are one-time purchases, are non-refundable once purchased, and expire 365 days after purchase if unused.
3. Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. When you cancel, your plan remains active — including your remaining AI budget — until the end of the current billing period, after which your organization moves to the Free plan. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of a billing period.
4. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades
You may upgrade or downgrade between paid plans at any time. Price differences are prorated automatically by our payment provider — you are only charged (or credited toward future invoices) for the difference. Proration credits are applied to your subscription and are not paid out as cash refunds.
5. Service Cancellation by FahmAI
In the rare event that FahmAI discontinues the Service or cancels your paid plan without cause, and we are unable to deliver the service you paid for, we will issue a 100% refund of the unused portion of your subscription to the original payment method.
6. Discounted and Promotional Purchases
Plans or top-ups purchased at a discounted price, with a promotional code, or during a special sale are not eligible for refunds under any condition.
7. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation — contact us at support@fahm-ai.com within 7 days of the charge. Verified billing errors will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
8. Digital Delivery Only
All FahmAI offerings are delivered digitally through our website. We do not ship any physical goods.
