Terms of Service

Welcome to FahmAI.

FahmAI is an AI-powered learning platform that helps people understand topics through voice conversations and visual explanations. These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the rules for using our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using FahmAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.

1. What FahmAI Does

FahmAI provides tools that generate learning content using artificial intelligence. At the moment, the Service includes:

  • AI Voice Dialogue: You enter a topic and the system generates a conversation between two AI speakers discussing that topic.
  • AI Voice Blackboard: You enter a topic and the system generates a structured explanation with voice narration and visual diagrams that appear during the lesson.

All outputs are generated automatically by AI systems and may involve third-party technologies such as AI models, voice generation tools, and hosting providers.

2. Who Can Use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use FahmAI. If you are under 18, you should only use the Service with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts and Credits

Some features require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login details secure
  • Take responsibility for activity that happens under your account

FahmAI uses a credit system to measure usage of AI features. At the time of writing:

  • One AI Voice Dialogue session uses 190 credits
  • One AI Voice Blackboard lesson uses 190 credits

Credits, pricing, and usage limits may change over time. If they do, we will update the product interface or these Terms.

If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, please contact us promptly.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service (or allow others to use it) to:

  • Submit illegal, abusive, harmful, obscene, or fraudulent content
  • Generate content that violates someone else's intellectual property or rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the underlying system, prompts, or models
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or bypass system limits or billing systems
  • Use automated tools (such as bots or scrapers) without written permission
  • Resell or commercially exploit AI outputs unless your plan allows it
  • Present AI-generated content as verified professional advice or as coming from a real human expert
  • Use the Service in a deceptive or harmful manner

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these rules or used the Service in a way that risks harm to us, others, or the infrastructure.

5. Ownership and Content

Our platform. The FahmAI platform—including software, design, system architecture, branding, and infrastructure— belongs to FahmAI or its licensors. Using the Service does not give you ownership of the platform itself.

Your inputs. You keep ownership of the content you submit to the Service, such as topics or conversation prompts. You give us permission to process and store that content when necessary to operate and improve the Service. This may involve trusted third-party infrastructure providers.

AI-generated outputs. You may use outputs generated through your account for personal or educational purposes. You may not use them for commercial purposes or resell them.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

  • AI outputs may contain mistakes, simplify complex topics, be incomplete, or be outdated.

While we try to generate helpful educational material, we do not guarantee that AI outputs will always be accurate or complete. You should verify important information independently.

The Service is intended for learning and informational purposes only. It does not provide professional advice such as legal, medical, or financial guidance. AI voices and speakers used in the platform are synthetic and do not represent real people. You are responsible for how you use any content generated by the Service.

7. Payments, Credits, and Refunds

Some features of the Service require payment. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and FahmAI does not store any full card information.

Credits are deducted when AI sessions are run. Unused credits may expire or change depending on product rules or legal requirements. Unless required by law, purchases are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds or credit adjustments on a case-by-case basis in situations such as technical issues or billing errors. If you believe there has been a problem with a charge, please contact us at support@fahm-ai.com.

8. Privacy

Your use of FahmAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge the data practices described there, including our use of cookies, session tokens, and third-party providers.

9. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Service available and functioning well, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may occasionally update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date will be changed. Your continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Third-Party Services

FahmAI relies on third-party providers for services such as AI processing, voice generation, hosting infrastructure, email delivery, and payment processing. These providers may have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, always operate without errors, or always produce accurate outputs. Your use of the Service is at your own discretion.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, FahmAI and its team will not be responsible for indirect damages such as loss of data, loss of revenue, service interruptions, or decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

If liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the issue occurred.

13. Indemnification

You are responsible for how you use the Service. If your actions on the platform lead to legal claims or damages, you agree to take responsibility and protect FahmAI from those claims.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if the Service is misused or if these Terms are violated. When an account is terminated, access to the Service will stop immediately. Some sections of these Terms (such as ownership, liability limits, and dispute rules) will continue to apply even after termination.

15. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, internet outages, cyberattacks, government actions, strikes, or conflicts.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
